settings:

spaghetti detect off

foreign object off

belt detect on

filament backup off

filament shortage on

filament block off

worked ok the first few prints (15h)

now after every spool change I have to screw off the heatblock and get out a 3mm piece of filament where the 4 holes go into one hole

what's up with that? immensely frustrating!
