Really need help on what short haircut i should get

Hi everyone, I really need help for what haircut should I get!
Would be very appreciated for your suggestions.

Pictures 1-3 is me with long middle part which I love it so much.
Starting from the picture 4, it’s me with shorthair which i hate.
For picture 5-7, it’s the same period of time with the shorthair which is probably one of the best short hairstyle i have ever gotten.
Last pic is probably the worst.

Back story: I live in Hong Kong and I am required to MUST have a haircut very very soon. If you live in Asia , you probably know how restricted the rules are. But I hate shorthair so much because I have flared out ears and fading eyebrows. Long hair middle part can hide them or take the attention away but when it’s short, it highlights them even more. So im very worried right now on what haircut to get. Then i came across here to ask you all for advices which i hope someone could help me 😭

Notes:
I have flared out ears, also known as protruding ears.
I have fading eyebrows.
I have very very straight hair. (The reason my hair looks wavy when i have long middle part is because my hair is very rough and hard. So when they are long, can they sort of stay in that position after i run through my hair with my fingers)
I have rough, hard, but thin hair.
My hair on the side are spikey. That kinda of spikey Asian hair. So when they are short, they stick out.

School requirement:
No perm
No dye
Hair cannot cover the eyebrows
The “tail” of your hair cannot touch the uniform’s collar

What i want:
Just a short haircut that matches the requirement and take the attention away from my ears and eyebrows 🙏🏻
P.s. i am currently using minoxidil 5% to fix my eyebrows so hopefully i dont have to worry about it in the future anymore

Im 16 years old living in Hong Kong. I have a great passion with cycling. I love the feeling when I cycle, i just really love this sport.

However, i have been thinking to quit and stop riding. Im not financially strong enough to play road bike. I always have to buy replacement like inner tires. Every time something doesnt work, i have to buy a replacement, but still doesnt work which wasted my money. A lot of the times i also cant figure out where’s the problem. I spend more time servicing my bike than actual cycling. I also cant afford taking my bike to the mechanic as it’s too expensive for a student like me.

I also always injured myself while cycling or while servicing. It’s been a very frustrating experience to maintain my bike. People say dont cheap out on equipments and parts but i couldnt do it as i couldnt afford it. A lot of the times, when i finally have time to ride on the bike, but there’s always some issues on the bike that makes it unrideable.

I really really love this sport and i have always dreamed to compete in it. But the trade off is too big that i get frustrated and heart broken.

I dont know if there’s anyone out there understand me or experienced what i am experiencing.

I really need some advice 🙏🏻
