Battlefield 4 crashes 30 seconds after joining any server (PunkBuster?)

Hi everyone, I'm trying to play Battlefield 4 through a Wine-based environment on Android (GameHub). The game launches without any issues, and I can join multiplayer servers normally. However, after about 30 seconds in every server, the game crashes completely to the desktop. I'm almost certain the problem is related to PunkBuster. Here's what I've tried: Reinstalled Battlefield 4 multiple times. Installed the latest PunkBuster version manually. Tried using PBSetup, but it closes immediately when I try to add Battlefield 4. Tried running the PunkBuster installer included with Battlefield 4, but it fails with a timeout while trying to connect/update. Has anyone managed to get PunkBuster working in a Wine/GameHub environment? Is there a known fix or workaround for this issue? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Battlefield 4 multiplayer freezes after 20–30 seconds on GameHub (campaign works perfectly)

Hi everyone,

I'm running Battlefield 4 on Android using GameHub.

The game installs correctly, EA App works, and I can log into my EA account without problems.

Here is the issue:

Campaign mode works perfectly.

I can play for several minutes without any crashes.

The game runs very well, even on High settings, with around 70–80 FPS.

The main menu and the multiplayer server browser also work perfectly.

I can join multiplayer servers without any errors.

However, as soon as I'm inside a multiplayer server (even if I stay on the deploy/loadout screen and don't spawn), the game freezes after about 20–30 seconds. If I spawn into the match, it also freezes after about the same amount of time.

I have already tried:

Different multiplayer servers.

Servers with very few players.

Low and High graphics settings.

V-Sync on and off.

FPS cap enabled and disabled.

None of these changed the behavior.

Since the campaign is completely stable and the problem only happens inside multiplayer servers, I don't think this is a GPU or performance issue.

Has anyone experienced this before on GameHub? Is this related to EA App, Battlefield 4 multiplayer, PunkBuster, networking, or a GameHub compatibility issue?

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

EA App support on Winlator/GameHub (Battlefield 3)))))))))))))))))))))

Hi everyone,

I'm trying to get the EA App working on Winlator/GameHub, but I haven't been able to install or launch it successfully.

My main goal is to play Battlefield 3 online. The game itself runs amazingly well on my Lenovo Legion Gen 3 tablet (over 60 FPS with high graphics), so performance is not the problem. The only thing preventing me from playing is the EA App.

I've read comments from people saying that games should be installed directly through the EA App instead of launching them from Steam, but I haven't found a guide explaining how to get the EA App working in the first place.

Has anyone here successfully:

Installed the EA App on Winlator or GameHub?

Logged into an EA account?

Downloaded games directly from the EA App?

Launched Battlefield 3 or any other EA game?

If you managed to do it, could you please share:

Your Winlator/GameHub version

Wine version

Container settings

Graphics driver (Turnip/VirGL, etc.)

Any DLL overrides or extra components you installed

Also, are the developers currently working on improving EA App compatibility? Is this a known issue that may be fixed in a future update?

Any information would be greatly appreciated. Even if Battlefield 3 is not fully working yet, getting the EA App to install and log in would already be a huge step forward.

Thank you!
