TL interview
has to be god's plan because two weeks after letting my coach know im interested in moving up, a TL position opened and im getting interviewed in 2 days. any tips or advice for this interview would be greatly appreciated. also do they interview everyone that applies or only those considered, a guy who also applied wasn't even given the opportunity to go take the assessment.
