Doctor ignoring patient needs?

Edit: Thanks to Jasmine, a nurse reached out to my wife and they discussed her medical history and what was going on. They're sending another vial to plus up to 15mg doses. I'm hoping this was just a one-off strange encounter with one of the doctors.

A few months ago, my wife brought up trying to titrate down from 15mg since she was at her goal weight and wanted to see if she could maintain on a lower dose. She started gaining weight again on 12.5mg and didn't like how she felt, so for her latest refill she requested to go back to 15mg. The doctor instead said she was going to drop her to 10mg, and then ignored all messages my wife sent after that. And then 10mg doses showed up at our door today. Is this becoming common with BEWL? We've been using them for about a year now, and it was primarily because of the excellent customer service, so it was pretty shocking to just be straight up ignored by the doctor.

Is anyone else struggling with the air pollution?

Air pollution doesn’t normally get to me, but the last few days my throat feels like it wants to close up by the end of the day. Anyone else having a rough time? Not sure what to do besides pop Ricola constantly.

What are good protein bar or shake brands in Germany?

I’m in Germany for work this week and my hotel restaurant is too slow in the morning, so I tried to find some protein bars or shakes that I could keep in my room with fruit. I looked at Alnatura, but they had no shakes as far as I could find and all the protein bars were basically candy. Even the “high” protein ones were like 20g protein for nearly 500 calories. Going to try Rewe this afternoon, but it would help if I knew what to look for. Thanks for any suggestions!

Muscle loss after 2 weeks

I'm going on a two week trip where I likely won't spend much time strength training (maybe some push ups if I have time in the morning). I'll also be eating my weight in baked goods, desserts, cheese, and wine, so my macros are expected to be... not good. What kind of muscle/strength loss should I be expecting when I get back to working out again? I am losing 5 lbs on the lead up to the trip, so hopefully between that and all the walking I'll at least come back at about my normal weight.
