I just purchased a blink outdoor 4 XR unit last week. First cam right off the hop wouldnt connect to the sync module. The other 3 were flawless. Ive already RMA'd the camera. But in the meantime any little tricks to possibly getting it going? Ive tried different batteries, played with location settings, disabled the 5 GHz on my system (running both 2.4 and 5, but I synced the module to 2.4 and my phone is on 2.4). Tried the hard reset with the button inside. When batteries are in, I can see the red light flashing waiting to sync.
