Added level of moisture barrier basement floor

During the cutting of the concrete floor on a basement bath installation. It was noted that no polyurethane had been installed under the slab, or under the fill.
The decision to install LPV a few years, gave us the chance to step up the install added value during the cleanup process. There is nothing more destructive than moisture. Here we are now continuing the process… you can see in the second photo, we seal all cracks in the floor and concrete repair for plumbing prior to framing.
