Would anyone know why this is the only one of these that I have with a letter to the right of the serial number

I tried to post this photo to find out why this is the only military note that I have from this series that has an X. Apparently X is a bad word and I'm not allowed.

Found this 50 centavos coin at an antique store.

I was cleaning my attic and found this. It has 1997 ELP communication on the back. Hopefully knowing what it is will jar my memory.
