Hello all, just bought a 17 SE 1.5L a few months ago and hit 100K on it this morning. This same morning, I noticed some of the dreaded white smoke from the exhaust area immediately following a cold start. In addition, the orange wrench light has been popping on more and more lately, including this morning.
The light doesn’t throw any codes that my reader can read, so I assume it’s something I can only see with Forscan (which I don’t have the equipment for).
Assuming it is the coolant intrusion, is my best option to sell it to Carvana or something before it gets worse and more noticable?
I’ve also seen people mention tablets you can put in the coolant reservoir…. Any luck with these?

Bought a 2017 Fusion SE a little while ago and the key only worked when set in the emergency slot. Just bought a second key and tried to get it programmed, but dealer said it still doesn’t work remotely with the car. Passively it works when set in the slot, and it is successfully programmed, but the B1218 code is thrown and none of the buttons work at all. Any ideas or suggestions would be super helpful!
