Hey! While searching for a room for my friend, I found this property where the whole property was empty, and they are basically looking for tenants. I work at the scanning department at morrisons. I joined in march and everything was going good. Until I started to have a lot of waste (due to poor rotation). But manager didn’t care, he wanted me to reduce the waste. I tried. And apparently it wasn’t satisfactory. Even though i had pictures of bad rotations and them filling shelves up with some of the products that has expired, it didn’t really matter. My probation was supposed to end on September. If they decide to give me ROI now, how long will it last? And will I not get permanent after September? Or will they extend the probation period because of this ROI?
