Does these chest pains sound like anxiety / reflux or something else?

I’ve been to many drs for these chest pains and I’ve never had a formal diagnosis and no treatment I’ve had so far has helped me.

They’re central and left sided chest pains and feel like an ache. It’s above and below my left pectoral muscle and sometimes under the left armpit, When pressed certain spots feel like a bruise is being pressed. I’ve noticed they can come on at any time for no reason at all but sometimes if I drink something caffeine related that can worsen them.

When they first appeared almost 4 years ago I had a CT Scan by a cardiologist. Also ecgs bloods, X-rays and a 24h monitor all these tests were clear. Since then I’ve been the er 10 plus times general thinking I’m having a heart attack it gets that bad. During the pain I get no other symptoms at all and can do activities like normal

The pain is there all day every single day. Sometimes it’s a 2/10 others a 8/10. I do get a day where it’s barely there occasionally.

Every time I’ve been to the er or to my gp or even when I first saw the cardiologist 4 years ago they always tell me it’s anxiety or muscular related. I used to have chronic health anxiety where every single day I would think I had cancer or was having a stroke and this went on for years, could this be related to my pain?

Could anxiety really cause constant pain the way I explain? Or could it actually be my heart? I also had an endoscopy 3 months ago and a 4cm hiatal hernia was found but my gp said it’s likely not that causing it. I’m on omeprazole and take gaviscon and that doesn’t help.

I’ve tried naproxen, amitriptyline, ibuprofen, paracetamol, heat, ice, stretches/ massages and none of this helps get rid of it.

I started sertraline this week and therapy for anxiety next week

What could be going on with me? It’s ruining my life I can barely leave the house without worrying about a heart attack

Blurry when using 120hz

When I play Warzone on 60hz the graphics look completely fine but as soon as it’s on 120hz players and trees ect have a blurry outline around them? My monitor settings I have ‘response time fast’ I’ve tried normal and it off but no difference. Any idea if this is fixable? It didn’t used to be like this

I’ve had many different tests for my chest pains but no one can tell me exactly what it is, no diagnosis at all. Can anyone here please advise me?

Hello so I’ve posted before but I’ve been for tests since and still no answers at all for my chest pains.

I’ve had them over 3 years now and they occur everyday. Some times they’re barely there but others they are severe and feel like a heart attack. They are usually constant throughout the day. When I sleep I’m fine, upon wakening I’m fine but within 1 hour they come on again and sit there all day. The pains are central and left sided, feel like an ache.

When they first occurred years ago I saw a cardiologist. Every test done was normal. I had a CT scan, xray, ecg, 24h ecg & blood tests.

As the time goes on the pain has still been here with no sight of it ending. I’ve been to the er over the years many many many times my last visit in April. Each visit I usually get just an ecg but on different occasions I’ve had X-rays and bloods again every single test normal.

I’ve been for an endoscopy where a 4cm hiatal hernia was found but my gp said they don’t think that’s causing my pain. I’ve been on anti acids for this and it still continues

I’ve seen a physiotherapist who said because my pain isn’t worse with movement there isn’t much that can be done. They said my nerves and muscles seem fine. My pain does hurt if pressed. They did mention costochondritis could be a cause

I’ve been on anxiety meds but it still continues, I’ve seen a pain management specialist who couldn’t give me anything because my age.

Since all these tests my only out come is ‘it might be anxiety or muscular pain’ I’ve had no diagnosis

Does anyone here have any idea what may be going on? Any pin pointers on what I could do next? I feel lost

Is there any chance it could still be my heart? When the pain is serve it’s when I worry most.

Also I noticed if I drink caffeine the pain arises and gets worse during this not sure if that means anything?

I’ve had health anxiety in the past also but I don’t really feel very anxious anymore
