can someone kindly help me
my region is UAE and i get this error when downloading free games. i tried downloading gran turismo and got this error, tried downloading 3on3 basketball and got the same error. tried downloading apex legends and it was fine, tried downloading the trial of wreckfest and it was ok. i have tried everything and still getting this. gran turismo and 303 basketball are NOT in my library or on my storage

Ps5 shutting down, I’ve done everything I can think of.
Hi, so I imagine there is billions and billions of posts about this but I’ve tried all that I’ve seen. And nothings worked, basically it started a few days ago, runs perfect on streaming services like Netflix, but as I play any game, anywhere from 1-3 hrs of playtime the whole thing shuts off, full power off where I need to unplug and replug the power.
Now, the solutions I have done are a deep clean including taking out the fan to clean the fan itself+heatsinks and what I could reach. Then I went into ps5 safe mode and cleared my cache through there, now even though I’ve done all of that it still crashed. Now I’d like to say that I’ve had my ps5 vertical without issue for ~5 years, but yesterday I put it sideways due to the amount of people saying so. So yes before you ask, it is horizontal. Now the only thing that I can think of is the Liquid Metal or something like that due to it being vertical is fucked. But that requires a repair shop I believe.

Ps5 blue light flashing
I may of put a wrong power cord in my ps5 it over heated and suddenly turned off i have put the correct cord in now let it cool down now it's flashing blue no signal to TV fan is not turning on ( it was hot nere the hdmi wire ) if I hold the on button longer it beeps again but other than that it's just flashing blue thankbyou for anh help

Can’t sign in and apparently can’t prove it’s me
Haven’t played PlayStation in 2 years, was playing on an ex’s. I’ve gotten a new phone number and new credit card. I’m trying to log in to the PlayStation mobile app to look at my games, to see if I want to buy a PS5.
I’ve tried to log in and it wouldn’t let me, even though I had the password written down. Perhaps it was changed for security. It wanted a code from my old phone number, which I cannot provide. Or it wanted my birthday, which I attempted to provide but it was incorrect. Of course, 16 year old me probably put a different year when I made it.
Tried talking to support, wanted my old card number, provided it and I’m unsure if it was correct or not, and then wanted my console’s serial number, which I don’t have. Finally, they asked for a Transaction ID from the last transaction I had, and I was unable to find it in my email or my banking app.
What am I supposed to do?

[PS5] Help reconnecting Optical Drive Ribbon Cable to Motherboard
Title.
I got my ps5 cleaned recently, then found myself in a safe mode update cycle with the latest system software update. Internet searches of the error code (SU101312-8) led to the common error being that the ribbon cable is loose.
I took it apart and checked both sides of the cable, this side was loose but despite holding the clasp open, the ribbon won’t re-seat.
Please help.

I got an email yesterday saying that my card is no longer valid and I can't buy anything. I tried to remove my card and add it back but it says my information on the card is wrong even though I made sure it's the same information as before. Idk how to fix it

IM LOCKED OUT OF MY PSN ACCOUNT
I have passkey setup as my security method on my account, and one day it stopped working, and it gives me an error saying something went wrong, on every platform (phone, laptop) and it signed me out on all devices too and then i went to recover account to get the mail, but to my surprise it doesnt come to my email, the recovery mail does not come.
And then i realized something worse, my email stopped getting mails from sony like from 2023 onwards, i contacted playstation support, and they were useless, i was asking if they could atleast check their end on the mail system and send me an email, but they kept saying they need 3 pieces of evidence to verify my identity, which were:
card digits linked as payment method: i do not use a card and use gift cards to buy stuff
serial number of the console on which my account was made: which is a ps3 from a long long time ago which i dont have anymore.
recent purchase transaction id: dont have it because i stopped getting mails since 2023 (mind you, i even bought gta 6 ultimate edition few days ago)
At this point idk i made a new account to play but my original account means a lot to me, its a decade old account with tons of games, achievements. Is there anything I can do to get it back!!

It tales up to a whole day to upload a video, but it dont even uploads it because "there was an error while uploading" omg whyy 😭😭
