So I came home from work and when I tried to get on my console. I said sign in. Then when I tried it sign in it said my PlayStation was permanently banned from oline

Got an email said I violated TOS terms by Code of Conduct but it's not exactly telling me how I exactly broke the conduct

I admit I spent some time away from my console. And when I hopped back online from a while I was killing a bunch of people in GTA online lobby.... But I've literally ALWAYS done this. Like since the game came out 13 years ago.

So how exactly did I violate the TOS? There's plenty of people that do that. And people can't send me messages unless I send first so I don't get this at all.

I called customer service and the lady on the other line was hella unprofessional and said that I violated TOS but didn't exactly tell me where I violated or how I violated. This is bullshit I just paid for 3 months PSN now I can't even use it!!!!?

So my psn account was banned for chargeback but since me and my boyfriend share two different psn accounts and we use one card for both of our accounts . When I logged into the Cash App acc to request a refund for HIS acc I ended up refunding the payment back for mines instead . I never followed through with the refund because I realized it was not the correct account & never received the payment to my bank but now my account is suspended. Will I have to pay them back although I never received the refund and it was a misunderstanding/mistake?

When i loaded up apex it randomly just closes application with the something went wrong text but i booted it up on a differnt acount and it workse just fine i reinstalled it and it still just shuts off what do i do?

Few days ago, an accidental purchase of €119.99 worth of Robux was made on our PS5 using an account used by our 12-year-old son.

What concerns us most is not only the purchase itself, but how it happened:

• The account had password protection enabled to confirm purchases.
• Even so, after a button was pressed by mistake, the payment was executed immediately.
• No password was requested.
• No additional confirmation was requested.
• No payment method reconfirmation appeared.
• The purchase simply went through automatically.

As soon as it happened, our son immediately told us and we contacted PlayStation Support the very same day requesting cancellation/refund.

The Robux are still completely untouched and unused. We did not manually “redeem” anything — they simply appeared automatically in the account immediately after the accidental purchase.

However, PlayStation has repeatedly denied the refund, first claiming the content had been “consumed” and later saying it had been “redeemed”, even though the balance remains completely untouched and unused.

Support also told us that the system “always asks for password and payment confirmation” before completing a purchase, which clearly did not happen in this case.

We also contacted Roblox, and they told us that since the purchase was made through PlayStation Store, the issue must be handled directly by PlayStation.

Honestly, it is very difficult for us to understand how:

• an accidental €120 purchase made by a minor,
• without requesting the password despite that protection being enabled,
• reported immediately after it happened,
• and with the content still completely unused,

can end up with absolutely no solution offered.

Has anyone experienced something similar? Were you able to escalate the case somehow?

I'm about to get a ps5 pro soon and i have a 60hz hdr10 4k tv and idk if i should get a better one and even if i wanted to i just don't know what to get and my budget is 300$-700$

My controller and headset randomly stopped working at the same time. I got a new controller which was just delivered today and the headset still doesnt work, BUT the headset works on a nintendo ds which was the only thing i could test it on

Recently (about a month ago), the internet on my ps5 stopped working. Whenever I turned it on it would always be offline and disconnect every 5 minutes.

I know it's not a Wi-Fi problem because everything else that need internet in my house works perfectly fine, only my ps5 has this problem (I asked my dad and brother who also have a ps5 in the same house if the internet worked for them and they said it did so it's just me).

I tried EVERYTHING that I could find on how to fix it on Reddit and nothing works. The only thing I haven't tried yet is resetting the router because I need to ask my parents' permission for that.

I can't even play a lot of my games because most of them requires an internet connection to play and I can't even download updates or anything anymore.

Also everytime the internet works again and I try to update a game it either gets stuck on "calculating" or the time it should take for the update keeps going up.

If someone knows how to fix this please tell me, I'm genuinely getting desperate for it to work again.

Hello. I am having trouble with my PlayStation 5 I tried to play last night and my R1 button on my Edge controller was not working so I switched it to one of my back buttons and tried to load into a game and now none of the games are letting me press any buttons not X not Square not on Marvel Rivals not on FIFA not on Battlefield any of my games are letting me even get past the loading screen anytime I try to press a button or anything like that it does not work when loading the game trying to see if anybody has helped or have experience this before

Hello everybody, tried calling PlayStation support this morning for help after going through the chat support and it said they were closed…

Anyways yesterday my ps5 started to do something weird. Any time I open up a game or another video app, once it’s open the system stops responding to my controller. The controller works fine on the PlayStation Home Screen and to scroll and select apps from there but once the app is opened it stops working. For example a game will show the “press any/start button” prompt and will not respond to my pressing anything on my controller.

I have tried resetting the controller, deleting and downloading the games/apps, and have tried to reboot the system in safe mode but when I do that the controller will not turn on when connected with the usb cable provided by PlayStation. So I am unable to do anything in safe mode either.

Does anyone have any ideas that could help?
