Slight mark on new watch

I just bought a H64455133 and noticed a small mark on the case when I got home. Is it worth taking it back? What would you do?

Single hose ac at night when air is cooler

I know that single hose portable ac units are not as effective as dual hose and is creating negative pressure but does that mean running one at night when the outside tempreture is cooler will help cool down the rest of the home faster since its drawing in outside air?

Size fit on Bondi 9s?

Typically I’m a size 12UK for most sneakers but I have wider feet. Wasn’t sure about the length so I ordered two sizes. I find the 12 fits better. 12.5 has some heel slip and seems a little big on the right shoe. Thoughts?

Best Nike gym/running shoes for sesamoiditis?

I sometimes get Oedematous bipartite medial sesamoiditis in my left big toe. Currently have the Nike infinity run 4 which I need to retire soon.

I've been mainly looking at the Nike Pegasus, Vomero or Structure line ups.

I like to incline walk on treadmills so I would use them mainly as a gym shoe, maybe some light running.

[Acne] can you use neutrogena clear & defend+ face wash with finacea gel

I have acne and acne scars, basically the title, ive been using finacea gel for a week and i use a neutrogena "clear and radiant" face wash morning and evening but this one has more salicylic acid.

face wash: https://www.neutrogena.co.uk/skincare/cleansers-washes/clear-and-defendplus-facial-wash

my current routine is:

morning:

-neutrogena face wash

-the ordinary niacinamide 10% + zinc 2%

apply finacea gel (azelaic acid)

- spf moistoriser

night:

-neutrogena face wash

-apply finacea gel (azelaic acid)

-moistoriser

Benzoyl peroxide usually clears my acne my i dont like it bleaching so I am seeing how this routine goes for now and if my acne clears up, if it does ill continue, if not ill switch to a bpo product

epiduo vs financea

My acne has started to come back. I use to use epiduo (benzoyl peroxide 2.5%) a few years back and it worked great for clearing my acne however with it bleaching things, etc I wanted to try financea (azelaic acid 15%) applied twice a day.

is there a major difference between the two?

diagnosed with bipartite medial sesamoid, what to do?

M23,

About a year ago I started getting sharp pain in my left big toe, this sharp pain started to radiate up my leg, The pain is excruciating to the point that it’s the only thing I can think of and kept me awake, It’s usually worse at night. I noticed that when I flick or tap my big toe, I need to work hard and focus more in order to stop it moving whereas my right toe I don’t need to think about it too much and I can keep it steady easier.

I had several visits to the gp explaining my pain, i was given some stretches to do by a physio which i did for a atleast half of 2025 and then reffered to a podiatrist.

After going to a podiatrist we couldnt pin point the cause, they issued a xray last year and in January i got a mri scan, xray was fine, mri showed normal tarsometatarsal alignment. No significant degenerative change identified. Note is made of a bipartite medial sesamoid, with associated oedema in keeping with sesamoiditis.

For a few months the pain seemed to have gone, recently it has come back.

After just walking on flat ground for a lets say 30 minutes, i get the same sharp pain.
My favourite form of cardio is incline walking and for years i had no problems, now it hurts usually after i finish a workout but not during. I have started doing more incline walking recently which might be the causing the pain again.

Also noticed when im stressed or tired it does seem worse.

I just want to get better, I've had enough. I'll take any advice you have.

i dont take any medications, I don't drink or smoke. I try to be healthy.

I live in the Uk and recently installed a waterdrop G5P500A RO system with reminerelisation however the minerals it adds back seem minimal compared to bottled water, i was looking at the WD-TSB 3 stage filter under sink and im wondering what the difference is between that and the RO system. The 3 stage filter seems to keep the minerals and the TDS from tap water, does it filter the same amount of harmful things? In the UK tap water is ok but still needs a adequate filter

I recently installed a Waterdrop G5P500A, I am interested in knowing how much minerals (potassium, magnesium, sodium, etc) are added by the remineralisation layer, I'm especially interested how it compares to the levels found in bottled spring water as thats what we have come from drinking. Although I do like the convenience and long term affordability of RO, I want the best in terms of our health.
