I tried pulling them from the base by rolling the ear tips out ward and it hasn't budged so I am sacred that I might rip the ear tip if I forcefully pull it out and i have watched many tutorials and it has worked so I am not sure if I need to use more force or better technique. So any help to take the ear tips out?
