I have noticed people use AI for some really complicated things, but then there are those tiny tasks where you could easily do them yourself in a few seconds.

For me, it is probably asking AI to handle basic calculations or conversions that I already know how to do

Sometimes I ask it to convert measurements in a recipe, calculate a percentage, rewrite a sentence, or explain something super simple just because it is faster than doing it myself

It is kinda ridiculous because most of these things would take less than a minute without AI. I am just lazy sometimes lol.

Curious what everyone else uses AI for when you know you probably do not actually need it. What is the most pointless or unnecessarily specific thing you ask AI to do?
