Hi, I am looking for a flatmate to shift to 1bhk.

There's a newly constructed cozy 1bhk in TNGO'S colony,Gachibowli fully furnished with Tv,Ac, Refrigerator, Washing machine,cot along with bed power backup etc.

It is being newly constructed and the furnished things need to be setup and will be handover to us in another two weeks.

Rent 25k+ 1k maintenance (13k/2)

Advance they are asking for two months =50k(25k/2)

We can pay one month advance in the first month, and second month advance in second month.

Location is TNGO'S colony, Gachibowli, ISB road, Wipro circle.
