Ngl if I had a CRT, I'd watch a few DVDs on it.

Y'all ever dealt with cutscene dialogue not being in sync sometimes in GTA San Andreas?
I'm not sure why but it randomly happens during cutscenes. Same thing happens when I play it on PS3 but more often.

It's a slight issue but I'd like to know how to fix it so the console can read DVDs a little faster. This doesn't happen with audio CDs.
