Feel dizzy while playing the flute

2 weeks ago I had a blocked throat so possibly infection. It’s gone now, only a mild cough left.

Everytime I have played the flute these past few weeks I feel so light headed and dizzy, like vertigo. My vision is fine but I hear ringing, my head feels hot and heavy and I have shortness of breath.

Last week in rehearsal I felt dizzy halfway through playing my first piece that by the end, even though it sounded great, I had to stop.

I felt light headed and naseous for an hour.

My AMEB exam for Grade 5 is in 3 days and I don’t know what to do.

I have been getting inadequate sleep (2-4hr) for about 2 weeks but these past 3 days I’ve been getting at least 5-7hr again. I am not as stressed anymore from school either but practicing tonight and I can still feel it, and I am not even standing this time.

Anyone know what this is? Any advice is appreciated. Rescheduling my exam isn’t an option.
I have a rehearsal tmr and Wednesday.

Literature or English

VCE selection is coming up and I’m in Grade 10, rn, accelerating in Maths Methods (so i’ll be doing the 3/4 next yr)

That leaves me with 5 slots and I already struggled to pick my subjects cuz I am interested in a lot of them. Thus doing both English and Lit seems like a pain. (I’ve narrowed it down to Psych, Legal studies, history and philosophy)

I could just do English but then idk, I’d be stuck not knowing if I would be good at Lit. I could do both but it seems like a lot. And I could just do Lit, but what if it doesn’t work out and I don’t have English as a back up cuz by then it will be too late? And also i rly don’t wanna kick out another subject (my list was like 12 at the start 🥀)

Since grade 7, all my essays have been 85%. Yes all, maybe cuz i had the same teacher for two yrs except this yr with a new teacher and she gave me 80.

General feedback from both english and in general is that I can’t write consisely and my wording isn’t always sophisticated.

However I have always been given full marks on creative pieces. Such as speeches and creative responses.

At first my orals were given 90% cuz I spoke too fast but now it’s consistently been 100% for a year.

And creative responses are things like posters, analysing and annotating poetry, narratives etc.

My general interest is absolutely more creative forms rather than essays and the only way I am happy to write an essay is if it’s smt where I can voice my opinions and insight on smt.

So yea. I was just hoping on advice based on this info and what I should do.
