mint used mpc x, loving it
Had a 2000 in the 90s, did a lot of work with it. Used the desktop version with the studio black controller more recently, and it’s been very productive, but often frustrating dealing with the computer. Got the Sample awhile back and it really re-lit the fire for working standalone, so after some digging through ebay, I found this MPC X for a price I couldn’t refuse. When it arrived, it was essentially unused. The protective film over the shiny bits was not even removed. After a couple of days getting up to speed, this thing is fantastic, even using 3.8. Stoked!
