What subreddit gives good advise for women over 40 going into menopause?

This is kind of random, but I noticed something about myself recently.
I was talking to someone and halfway through I realized I was overthinking everything I said like I was trying too hard to not be awkward, which probably made it more awkward 😅
It used to feel so easy to just chat with people, but now I sometimes feel like I don’t know what the “flow” of conversation is anymore.
Not in a serious way, just something I caught myself doing and thought it was kind of funny (and a little humbling).
Has anyone else ever had that moment where you realize you’re in your own head during a normal conversation?
