“Spectrum” is a painting I created to express the feeling of constantly trying to navigate a world filled with invisible expectations and unspoken rules.

As an autistic person, I often experience emotions and social situations in layered, fragmented, and sometimes overwhelming ways. The flowing colors and contrasting forms were meant to reflect that tension, chaotic at times, but still connected underneath it all.

I wanted the piece to feel vibrant, restless, emotional, and alive rather than perfectly structured or controlled.
