NewEra got the wrong sportsball logo here
When a hat I ordered online is too tight or too loose, I just live with it. This hat has an NBA logo on the back, so I emailed them. Their proposed solution is waiving the return discount if I want to return it. I asked them if they were crazy--why would I print things and drive places and ship things to correct their mistake? It's insane. I'm sure they can tell from my order history that I am a whale for their business. Don't understand their thinking.
