When to start bare bottom/diaper free time? And how to implement it?

Since my baby was 3 months, I've been ECing him in a lazy-moderate way. Sometimes I've been more intentional with intervals and transitional and other times I've leaned towards lazy EC, like during regressions or travel.

He is now 13 months. I always thought I would start diaper free time during this time (after 12 months old) but he is still not walking independently.

  1. Should I wait until he is independently walking? Or should I introduce diaper free time now?

  2. Should I do just an hour a day? Or should I commit to diaper free during the day at home and only use diapers at night and outings?

  3. Any other advise that helped your baby ditch daytime diapers?

Slowly returning to art after becoming a mom

Took my tiny sketchbook and a travel watercolour set to a trip to Portugal. I got some time to draw and paint at night while baby sleeps.

I forgot how well I feel after doing something creative! I've missed it.

The sketchbook is not for watercolour and these are rough sketches, so they are not great. Baby also helped with the window painting, when I thought i could also paint with him on my lap.... I ended up with a full palm right on the wet paint lol

I hope one day we can seat together and make some art side by side. Him with crayons and me with watercolour. What a dream that would be!
