I know not all women think the same (no shit) but can someone help me interpret this?
I’m going to try and be as vague as possible, but a very pretty girl invited me to chat about some professional matters, and I said yes.
We end up hanging out, chatting, laughing, and talking about work, but also personal stuff as well.
For some context, I’m a bit of a hopeless romantic who has a tendency to fall for pretty, charismatic women who give me attention. However, I’ve been trying to work on this ever since I was rejected by a girl who I exhibited a long bout of limerence towards.
Anyways, after me and this girl met, I texted her message saying “it was nice to meet you, get home safe.” Since we met to discuss professional matters, I was trying to be cordial even though I felt a bit of a connection, and am interested in her.
Anyways she responded with “it was great to meet you as well.” Then right after she sends another text saying “hope to see u soon.”
I respond with “same! we should definitely hangout again soon.”
She responds with “Yes, let me know when you’re downtown.”
Question for the women here, in your view, is she just saying these things out of formality, or is she being genuine, and should I attempt to schedule another meeting soon?
