Context: i just installed the Littlest PetShop game from Gameloft on my tablet. When i saw this title screen, i had mixed reactions: the pets look fine, but Blythe looks like a rejected CocoMelon supporting character! (I called her the Patient Zero of CocoMelonification because the game came out in 2012, ABCKidTV/CocoMelon only became what it is today in late 2018, and CocoMelonification only became a thing in recent years, like 2023 or 2024)

In fact, i liked it so much i drew something someone would've drawn at the time!

If that home screen doesn't scream "holy skeuomorphism", i don't know what does!

Context: back in February, i got an LG Optimus F5 from my uncle. It runs Android 4.1.2 JellyBean, and as such was perfect for old mobile games, including the very first version of My Talking Hank (pre-Islands). It was very fun and nostalgic for me (i remember playing the pre-2024 version as a kid), but surprising as i was expecting more than one minigame

Also, the reason why the screenshot is in Portuguese is because i'm Brazilian

Here's some things i drew a few days ago. And yes, i drew Leet as an iPad baby. I mean, he DID do an internet in his skit. Also, here's some headcanons about Mine Turtle and Knifey:
*Prepubescent Mine Turtle had huge eyes and exploded confetti instead of actual explosions

*Prepubescent Knifey was a butter knife

PS: Skateboarding Cow's skateboard is made out of four toy cars glued to a wooden plank

All of them were drawn on paper, except for Knifey, who was drawn on Sony Sketch

So i recently watched a gameplay video of Talking Tom and Friends World on YouTube, and it has a reference that stupid meme i refuse to say the name of. No, i'm not kidding, this actually appeared in an OFFICIAL Outfit7 game, and not some weird fan-creation

Context: a few days ago i decided to revisit Windows Whistler (the XP beta) Build 2267 (one of my favorite builds) on a virtual machine. Except this time, i actually installed a graphics driver! Even though it's technically more usable now, Watercolor definitely looks pretty cool in 16-color mode, from that gray-to-teal transition to that pattern on the System Properties window. Don't get me wrong, it still looks cool in full color, but the 16 color variant just looks slightly... cuter
