I had surgery five years ago, once in 2020, and then again in 2021 due to a relapse. The issue is that even after all these years, the scar keeps reopening, the wound fails to stay closed. It has never remained closed for more than one or two months. Sometimes it's just a small hole, while other times it's a larger hole that bleeds, and it always causes me problems. Over the years, I’ve seen different surgeons and doctors, but they always just tell me, 'The problem is your skin, it’s a sensitive area, it happens”, because the cyst is no longer there, it’s a scar problem. I’m honestly exhausted because this is stopping me from doing so many things. I just want to know if there is a solution

Premetto che non so neanche se sia lo spazio giusto dove scrivere questa cosa, ma ho bisogno di trovare qualcuno che sappia qualcosa al riguardo
Sono stato operato di sinus pilonidalis ormai cinque anni fa, o meglio, una volta nel 2020 ed un’altra nel 2021 per una ricaduta. Con il secondo intervento hanno scavato tutto, fino all’osso, quindi hanno rimosso ogni cosa possibile.
Il punto è che a distanza di tutti questi anni, la cicatrice si riapre ancora, non ho mai passato due mesi interi senza che si riaprisse, mai. A volte compare solo un buco piccolo, a volte un buco più grande con sangue, insomma mi porta sempre problemi. Ho già fatto diverse visite con chirurghi e medici per questa cosa durante gli anni, la risposta che mi danno è “non è più un problema di ciste, non c’è niente, il problema è la pelle, è una zona sensibile, capita” e sono stanco perchè questa cosa mi impedisce di poter fare tantissime cose.
Vorrei solamente sapere se c’è qualcuno che ha passato/sta passando la stessa cosa e se c’è qualcuno che è riuscito a risolvere, se qualcuno sa qualcosa fatemi sapere per favore
