hello peyups!

would like to ask lang sa mga nagpapart time lecturer/substitute teacher sa UP!

i was offered kasi a substitute teaching position. I think I'm gonna teach yung extra units na di na keri ng faculty.

Since hindi siya instructor or teaching associate position (since MS student din aq pero i was told na different siya sa TA), i'm wondering how the pay would be? is it per unit that i teach & hm yung per unit na pay?

I also have a pending offer kasi in another institution na sg10 + 15% premium (at least from the posts i saw but they did ask me of my expected salary). I'd like to weigh my options before i accept one and decline the other huhu
