It's likely that the Mou with the government was again signed as its highly unlikely that Bit mesra would leave their source of fund from the state government.i think,the pdf we saw was only half truth,and later the Mou was signed again,as I heard from someone that the state government and BIT mesra are again thinking of bringing back the home state
