In august 2025 I visited kiit for admissions but I don't want happened to me there and at that point of time I didn't want to take admission there after knowing there are more than 8k students just in cse and decided to take a drop

From September itself I didn't give up I worked harder and harder for days 11 hours daily justt thinking that this time I will win and atleast score good and take admission in nits or mesra and not in that colleges like kiit and all

Scored 93 percentile in January it felt bad but the amount of time I was having it felt like it was okay

Then again grinding for next 2 months and in april it was less than first one it broke me alot man after april exam day I started preparing for advance as I thought I will qualify and get a good percentile but it didn't happened

Okayy I lostt

Butt today now I am again not having any other option than taking admission in kiit

From doing hardwork while thinking that I don't want to go colleges like kiit and to standing in a position to take admission there only , it breaks me moreee now

I have lost everywhere

If I get mesra ece should I opt it as I am observing their placements are decreasing every yr or go for iiit bhagalpur

Also which core ece companies do visit there

Or should I join bit sindri electrical where placements are confirmed but low package

Please guide seniors I am in dilemma

For the obc ncl category. What are the chances in csab?

Went to see bit jaipur off campus and came back so disappointed the entire infrastructure is like a old sarkari school with no proper security measures, classrom maintenance, cleaning done, the canteen was closed and looked like it hasnt been open for ages, the limited hostel room for girls were very bad it looked like some purane zamane wle rooms with no ac available and you werent even allowed to install your own cooler there, the fans looked very old urgent need for relacement, new classrooms were being made and it looked like it will take atleast 2 years for new infra to be made and the construction work was going on just above daily classrooms, how can you expect students to study in such an environment????? Also classrooms had AC but they looked so old, highly doubtful if they were even working.

I knew that off campus of bit mesra wouldnt be very great and big like its main campus but as a long standing college you should have atleast basic maintenance done for off campus?? Like students studying in these off campus dont they deserve proper envt for atleast attending classes????? I also gave the exam and PI, even though I didnt get main campus I wasnt expecting this level of pathetic infra for an off campus. SO DISAPPOINTED!!!!

I am about to do MBA in BIT Mesra is it ok? Or am I cooked? Am new admission

I am from BTECH field, internship exp of 6 months

PES has great infra and very competitive environment, not to mention its right in middle of an IT city and has access to many companies and lots of clubs and fests; campus is also good since it has many levels underground as well. But it has huge crowd now, around 2600 I think, and only half or one-third people get decent placements. BIT MESRA has stronger reputation compared to PES and less competition since it has below five hundred students for cse and related branches and equivalent median and average compared to PES and also a huge campus. But I have heard rumors of companies blacklisting the college due to rampant cheating during OA's and several companies giving regret letter even after getting placed and to be honest maybe I am too skeptical but the data for placements of BIT MESRA seems too good how low the rank is dropping this year. PES has this student maintained excel sheet which maintains placement records (like companies, no of offers, ctc, internships) does BIT MESRA has anything like that? Can any seniors help me decide please or if they could confirm the placement records for BIT MESRA are in fact accurate? Because there is this one colleague of my parents that is from BIT MESRA 2011 batch and his placement story is very very sketchy and had to take 3.5 package at Wipro since apparently Microsoft had stopped his placement interview mid way cause of rumors of cheating amongst the whole batch of students. So please really, help.

Do u guys think BIT Mesra CSE cutoff might expand to 27k this year because of the removal of Home state quota and if not then how far will it go in Csab rounds? Do post your opinions below.

I have taken admission in bit mesra lalpur last Tuesdays in bba like everything went right but right after I left the campus a little thought rose from my mind that I might have given wrong gmail but it was just an assumption but is now getting stronger because they said the schedule will come to your gmail , my friend has gotten the schedule but I have not. What should I do now? Any suggestions?

To iss saal ke placement nikalne ke baad hi bahot se logo ke man me dar baith gya , gaali dene lge honge college ko. Wo to subjective hai college has its own flaws but

Oracle ne 14 me se 11 logo ke offer revoke krdiye the.

Aur sirf isi College me nhi , oracle ne yeh kaand bahot se college me kiya including IITs and NITs.

Oracle is the company jo yaha se ache package me ek good amount of people ko uthati hai due to the strong influence of alumni network.

Dusri baat ek achi cheez hai bit ki , let's appreciate where it's good. Ye off campus include nhi krti hai. Mere jaan pehchan me 10+ logo ke off campus ache decent packages lage hai.

Isne highest include Kiya hai to show up and boost about it's glory. That's still wrong but kaafi off campus include nhi kiya h unlike many other good colleges jo karte hai.

Like BIT used to do. (They never used to include off campus)

And the most important thing is median abhi bhi lagbhag itna hi hai jitna pichle sal tha inspite of having 20 lakh average last year

To please juniors, ye sab cheezo se daro mat. Work hard , enjoy your life. You'll do good in life.
