regarding black dot die to illegal car parking inside campus

I brought my car into the campus and parked it in a faculty’s parking lot. thought I would remove it by evening but forgot due to exam the next day. he somehow found my number and called me, when I reached there, he complained to the dean about it and siezed my car. when I reached into the dean’s office the next day, he asked me to call my parents, fill up a form and submit a copy of rc and dl. I did all that, but now I am worried if I will get a black dot because of all this.

Help regarding a 65k monitor ordered from flipkart

I recently ordered msi mag 271 qpx oled e2 from flipkart and received a defective item. Also, the stand was missing from the box but I did not check it and gave the otp. Then, I plugged in the thing but it did not work. I requested its replacement and the replacement monitor provided was a different one, so I rejected that too. Then, I placed a refund request for the monitor but I am too worried that it will get rejected because of the missing stand. What should I do?

horrible 1% lows

my build is as follows:

rtx 5070
i7 14700k
16 gigs ddr5 6000 mt/s
z790 mobo
4k gaming monitor
windows 11 pro

I have great average fps, but horrible 1% lows. sometimes below 20. I use v-sync capped at 60 fps as my monitor doesn’t support g-sync. I’ve heard many people say that its the ram but the problem persists even on much older titles like far cry 4 and far cry new dawn which don’t even use 8gb ram. any fixes?
