The closest Metro from Action Area III is 6km !
-Almost 10k flats have been completed and handed over with another 10k flats currently under construction
- This means even if there are only 3 people per household ( its usually 4) then there are currently 30k people with another 30k yet to be added and that is at the lower end and not taking into account other housing facility
- Also majority of the people staying in the place have white collar jobs and the only mode of transportation I can see is bus/personal vehicle

Problem with seniors ...... no ones knows the truth
There is no consistency in what seniors say regarding placement at all.
" ECE has only 55 percent placement" - contacted placecom for last years cycle said it had 70-75 percent placement so I dont know who is lying.
" There are no core electronics companies " - went to meet 3rd years said intel nvdidia( 2 female only) logicfruit ( ece only) ntx ( ece only) infenion (4) people were hired then why are people saying there are no core companies
According to another 3rd year senior Texas had blacklisted us but now its lifted and apparently its coming back this year?
Above guy is saying only 2 companies have given above 15lpa roles just yesterday in a post that got deleted because a guy provided too much info regarding placement said that 2 companies + 3-4 in pipeline are there that are offering above 15 +or 20 +lpa ctc - infact in that same comment another senior flagged him and told him not to provide such info before placement is over. ( I think it was eternal congnizant flipkart and eatclub)
Seniors dont give company list them themselves dont know who is coming and who is not they dont even make a single placement tracker and then everyone is clueless about what is happening.
