I can't figure out why I'm reacting so terribly to the Pure Encapsulations multivitamin. This has sent me into quite a gnarly flare both times I tried it. Thoughts? I'm fine with whatever fillers are in my generic prometrium capsules, thorne vitamin d capsules, Allegra, R.E.M. maintenance powder, enlyte capsules....I am assuming it's the fillers but is it the iodine or copper? I realized recently I have zero iodine in my diet, and very few vitamins, so I really wanted to make this work.
