Issues with conflicting contrasts

Hi All

This is more of a question to the community if anyone else has any issues like this, and any tips i'm missing that might help me deal with it beyond what I already do.

I've had this my whole life, but never known anyone else to have it as a trigger.

Basically as the title says one of my more immediate triggers is switching between say a mobile phone screen and a TV or playing a video game and looking at a text guide on how to complete a puzzle, or using a black command prompt while looking at a guide or even non screen related taking sunglasses on and off too quickly.

For me these all trigger a migraine within hours. I am naturally quite photosensitive and I believe thats related to me been autistic (Fun fact also studies show odds of an autistic person suffering from migraines been atleast 48%)

My only solutions are to avoid looking at different screens, which is getting harder and harder to do, stupid world thinks you need a tablet or TV screen showing junk everywhere you go.
Resetting terminals to light mode as dark mode is even worse for me.
If I need a guide in game its a full screen youtube video as it creates a similar contrast (One monitor). And for sunglasses I will go indoors with them on to avoid unnecessary removal if I'm in and outdoors quite frequently
