so ive lived in Quebec most of my important years and both my parents were born there.Im asking like the rest of Canada,have yall ever heard of this GODSEND of a desert. Its like a maple cake ig? but it super simple and was invented to be simple. Also if u guys have never had ts i beg u all to go search up a recipe online and try,its so sweet tho but like one piece is good.

little edit:did not realise recipies changed so much person to person.genuinly they all sound good.A point someone brought up i think i should note is that it is actually traditionally made with brown sugar and if u really want to go far back even without eggs which i didnt know either.
