last minute decided to do UCAT

hello! i recently decided as of 1 month ago that i want to do medicine instead of politics and law (crazy switch ik)

initially, i thought that the UCAT sign ups for aus were far gone and i decided to just do undergrad med -> GAMSAT -> MD

HOWEVER… an assured pathway to MD that allowed me to skip over the GAMSAT was looking quite appealing… until i realised that the assured pathway needed a UCAT score and an interview 🫪🫪

so… one thing lead to another and i registered ONE DAY before registrations closed to sit the UCAT

ive done a few practise sections and have done some research, but i feel like i am MASSIVELY behind then everyone else and i just need some advice on what the actual hell im doing.

i know all the sections and type of questions, once i get thru my exams i will go full UCAT mode, but things like what score do i need, what the hell is the interview (because people are making that out to be super hard), and just general advice would be great!!

im not a star student, i still get good grades but im not even sure if ill meet the atar threshold for the assured pathway anyway 😭 (my predicted in 91-93) with 5+ disadvantage points making it anywhere from 96-98) which the 98 is what i need

(this is not my only option, if i dont perform in the UCAT i have multiple backups 😄)

so anyway sorry for rambling but can someone please give me some advice or support :)) thanks
