I called Direct Express last night. They confirmed a pending deposit for my SS check, but today, the deposit was nowhere to be found, not even pending. Any idea, or is anyone else having the same problem?

I'm having a glitch. I still don't understand. I called Direct Express last night; they confirmed a pending deposit for my Social Security check, but today, the deposit was nowhere to be found, not even pending. Any idea, or is anyone else having the same problem?
