What types of grasses am I looking at here?

We recently moved in to a rental house where the last tennants did very little yard upkeep. We're slowly getting it back in order for us, but I'm trying to figure out these types of grasses. I think one might be Bermuda and one might be crabgrass? The bright green grass looks really nice right now, but I've heard a crabgrass yard turns ugly in fall. Also, the half the yard that receives shade has what might be crab grass, and the half that gets sun has the maybe Bermuda.

Tiny blackberries

Hello! We have these teeny, tiny blackberries in our yard. Are they a specific type, or are they malnourished? Acworth, GA

Is this normal?

Hi, all! New to having lawn care done for me instead of doing it myself. We just moved into this house and are trying out having someone do this for us. I'm here in northwest Georgia USA/Acworth and recently paid $75 for lawn cutting and $77 for bush trimming. Lawn itself looks good, but this is what the peripheral looks like with weeds/bushes hanging over in the street and lots of weeds still up in the tree line. The lawn care professional says the rest will constitute a cleanup and be $96. Am I being fleeced, or is this normal for the industry?
