The 12v still has life but the HV battery is dead, any idea how i can recharge it? Or screwed and need a new one. Its a 2014 Prius C

Anyone here transfer there VIP status from cardcrush to another site.
I previously transferred my mcluck VIP status to cardcrush. Now my mcluck account got reset since SC got banned in my state.
But now different state back on mcluck wanting to transfer VIP status back. There just asking for a “screenshot showing total amount youve played on current site.” But cardcrush does not have the option just individual purchases.
Any help?
