I recently ordered the Max V3 TB from Jenny’s Store, but I encountered an issue with the AirPods’ automatic head detection feature. Specifically, when switching audio from my phone to the AirPods, the buttons do not work, can’t pause, skip songs, etc.I initially the product and requested a replacement, assuming it was a faulty unit. However, the replacement I received is experiencing the exact same issue. Does anyone have suggestions on what I should do next?
