I shipped 2 suitcases on 4/17/26 and I received one of them a few days ago, but not the other. It has been stuck on “label created” since then for this specific suitcase. I’m stressing out since there are sentimental items in the suitcase and I have never had a problem with UPS until now. I contacted the UPS store manager from where I shipped it from and it’s not at their store nor their local warehouse. They will be checking their overgoods warehouse and I’m praying that’s it’s there. I’m hoping the label maybe ripped or was unreadable. Any advice or help is appreciated.
