How do I start my first chapter??

Hey guys, I have been trying to work on a book idea for quite some time and I was trying to plan out the storyline of the entire story first. So I need an advice for my first chapter. The genre is mythological thriller. I did quite some research and there are 2 kinds of ideas that I like. One is basically just starting with a major important scene that shapes the entire story. Or a foreshadowing scene. And I truly dont know which one should I actually adopt.

Need review and help in improving my portfolio

Hello. I just joined this community. I will first introduce myself. I am actually a fashion design graduate and while I was working my first job I just came to gradually understand that this is isn't something I want to do for a long term.

So after my office hours I started learning logo design and basics of brand identity. Then worked on some self initiated branding projects based on fictional design briefs . Then after a few projects I started an Instagram page of my own to post my work and try for freelance projects so that I can get a real experience in graphic design. As someone largely self taught, i sometimes struggle to judge if my work is actually professional or am i skipping some fundamentals. I also have this imposter syndrome, ehich makes it difficult for me to actually judge my own work fairly.

Can the designers in this community actually review a few projects of mine and give me a constructive feedback?

I am attaching a few images of my projects from my portfolio. Please feel free to be critical- i am specifically looking for constructive feedback so that i can improve my work
