Changing the fender on my mkv Jetta because of constant rot. Sure enough when I take it off a huge pile of leaves falls from inside. Then I see VW brilliant idea of a water sponge to cause rust 😂 Hopefully this new fender without foam piece and cleared of leaves stays rust free 🤞
