Stop door from blowing open

Hi reddit! I manage a commercial store and we have issues with our front door blowing open a lot on windy days, which sets our doorbell off repeatedly. I've tried tightening the bolts and whatnot under the cover above the arm joint (for lack of better words) of the door but it's stuck and probably stripped. We can't prop it open since that means our bell won't go off when a customer comes in.. so I'm trying to think of anything else I could do.

Since the space is rented, I can't risk bending any pins in the hinges, nor can I permanently affix anything to the door. I also can't just like.. hang a weight from rhe handle since it could hit a kid in the head if they're being rowdy.

The door is metal and glass.. so I was thinking magnetic weights? But i can't find anything that's for more than a curtain and I think it needs heavier weights than that.. especially for the days where we have the back door open since our AC sucks, the place turns into a wind tunnel with that.

Any recommendations are incredibly appreciated 😭
