I see him constantly there and was wondering if any help can be provided because hes in such a deteriorating and desperate condition. he has nothing except a small bag and clothes. I want to offer him money but I don’t know if it’ll go to drugs and theres only so much I can do as a minor. is there any way to help this guy ?

i have some imported brushes i want to use as smudge however, theres no option to import brushes when im on the smudge tool, i can only use default brushes, is there a way to fix this or do i have to do something else to use a custom brush as smudge?
