Hi California person here. My husband and I are working on a trust for our children. We have a small ranch, but new farm equipment, trucks, trailers, tractors, barns etc. as well as horses. We have a few horses that are worth quite a bit of money. Between 5-6figures. My question is, are they considered assets if something happens to us? I plan on speaking to an attorney but I just wanted some information before. We have the equipment in the ranch name, horses are also in the ranch name. Just looking for some advice!
