Meringue, Sea Salt, and Agave Collection 🌊🤍

Most of the pieces are Meringue, Sea Salt, and Agave. I use everything pretty regularly cooking for a family of 6.

My favorite is probably the 6.75qt wide round. She is the daily workhorse around here. The large oval is our pasta pot. Not sure how she took on that title exclusively. 🤣 I have salt and pepper in the little cocottes. The tea kettle has been used almost daily for years.. I love how everything has integrated into our weekly routines and has their own memories.

The gorgeous pêche soup pot is my teenage daughter’s first piece. She saved all her birthday money and bought it for her 12th birthday.

Aaaaand.. just when I thought my collection was complete, the factory event is coming to our town! 😂

I had to take everything out to see if there’s anything I *need*. Maybe some baking sheets, utensils, a carrying case? If you see me buying another piece of cast iron though, tell me NO! lol

Why is Meringue available on the UK and Canadian websites, but discontinued in the US?

UK, Canada, Japan, Australia, Hong Kong, China, UAE.. all have Meringue, but it was discontinued in the US? Is this common? Does it mean that Meringue will make a comeback in the states eventually?

If they aren't going to carry it here, it would at least be nice to make international shipping available.

Meringue at FTT?

Has anyone seen Meringue at any of the recent FTTs in the US recently? I've been trying to zoom in on everyone's pictures but it's so hard to read the little stickers. Hoping to find some in Dallas in a few weeks.

There is a beautiful Agave Century Plant in its death bloom at Singing Brook and El Dorado. These plants live about 30 years, and just before they die, they shoot up this 20 foot stalk and bloom once to produce pups before it's life cycle ends. These blooms are extremely rare.
