I am writing to resolve a critical issue with my account. Despite my last correspondence indicating everything was in order, I discovered two weeks ago that I am unable to withdraw funds or execute trades.
When I attempt to verify my account as prompted, the screen simply loops and refreshes, preventing any progress. Also, to note that I have already verified my account previously, and through email and to the satisfactory level. I have had no response to my inquiries for 14 days, which is a significant departure from the prompt, helpful service I previously received. Please investigate why my account has been restricted and provide a functional link or method for me to complete verification.
