Hello Kraken Support, My account funding has been stuck on "On Hold" for over a week now. The automated bot in the chat cannot help me because of my open ticket, but I haven't received any compliance emails either. Please escalate my Ticket XXXXXX so a human agent can look into this. I can provide all proof of funds immediately. Thank you.
Got a payment confirmation from Rise on June 24 — , funds marked as received and "available for withdrawal." It's now been over 10 days and I still can't touch it. Reason given: a "passkey security review," no ETA, just copy-paste replies saying "this can take some time."
This is on top of a platform outage a few weeks ago that also delayed my payout. Not trying to start a pile-on, genuinely just want to know if this is a known pattern with Rise or if I'm unlucky. Anyone else had funds locked like this? Did it eventually resolve?
I’ve followed every single direction of theirs to enable selling and it’s been 4 weeks… and I’m being given the run around ? Do I need to report this as fraud to my bank ?
My account has been restricted and I cannot use my own money. I've deposited euros on 30th june and since that my account is being "reviewed" for "security reasons".
I haven't received none of the basic data, like:

What's even more outrageous, I tried to reach customer support from account. The Chat bot informed me, that because of restrictions, it cannot redirect me to a living person from a support. It did setup some ticket, but the only effect I saw is an email. With a ticket number.
So I'm left with no funds, no timeline to resolve it and extremely limited contact options.
I've never been treated like this by any exchange. It feels really bad.

In the last hour, the price fell to just below 0.375 AUD (screenshot provided)
Only order #1 was filled.
Why were orders #2 and #3 not filled?
This cannot be blamed on “slippage” or “liquidity”. I have also provided a screenshot of the order book, which shows there is plenty of liquidity to cover my relatively small orders.
Please look into this for me.

Hello, I have been purchasing crypto off kraken for a few weeks no problem and then around 27 hours ago I made by first withdrawal via FPS and still now it is pending. I have tried to speak to live support but the AI bot refuses to put me through stating I have a withdrawal hold and to open a ticket, which I have done. I was told I would receive information within 24 hours which I have not, and this being my first cash withdrawal I am quite concerned that I have not received my cash and especially that I am being blocked from talking to a real person to resolve the issue.

Purchased Btc and was trying to send it to my non-custodial wallet, did couple of transactions went well.
But when I tried to withdraw bigger amount they put on hold for 24 hours, not possible to get through their bot - no success.
It's been already for more than 3 days!! No email received from them, and full lack of transparency what is going on with my funds.
Looks like a fraud, letting you get money in easily but not letting your money out. Totally confused and disappointed 🤨
