My account has been suspended for well over three months (close to five months now). I have contacted Kraken support several times with several ticket numbers and to date I have not received a single response. I have lost complete faith in this platform and the worst is I am unable to move my BTC to another platform.
Really frustrated right now and posting here as a last resort.
I initiated a withdrawal nearly a week ago, and it has been stuck in "On Hold" status ever since. I've replied to the support email thread multiple times, but it's been absolute radio silence—no updates, no explanation, no request for documents.
Kraken used to have a reputation for top-tier customer service, but locking up users' funds for a week without a single word is unacceptable.

Has anyone else been dealing with ridiculous withdrawal delays recently? How long did it take for them to resolve it for you?
I am a long time user, since 2017. Now, after I log in (password and mfa is accepted), I am asked to verify my identity. When I last verified my account 8 years ago, I used my passport. This time that is not an alternative, so I have tried utility bill and bank account statement. When I upload those documents, they are rejected. Probably because I moved to another address i 2021, and my Kraken account was registered with my old address. So I have to send a ticket for address change. But then I need to give them my public ID. As I understand it, that is not my username, but something else... Is there a way to know my public ID when I can't access the app?
i posted countless times & you guys have removed my post. i will be emitting escalation soon just to inform. it seems as if the bots are more active here. $582 i worked for, seemingly for nothing
