Yesterday, I registered for an account on Kraken. I verified my identity and it was successful. However, every single time that I try to add a bank account or debit card to my account, I am told that I need to "Get verified". I already got verified. Why is this happening?

I have a support ticket for my deposite on which i have repleyed via email since 2 Weeks with no response. And now cant create a new one for my XRP withdraw.
My account has been working fine until yesterdays XRP withdraw.
My deposite has been on hold since July 1 of this Year and i would appreciate some Support or at least a concret Timeline for when this issue will be resolved.
I made 2 Apple Pay deposits and they both got put on hold. I made a support ticket and the agent said they would be a few moments now 2 days later the ticket hasn’t been replied to at all. I have no idea when I’m going to get my money?

I have been with kraken for about 1½ years and have had no issues. I enjoy the platform but 3 days ago my account was closed for no reason. I haven't violated any terms of agreement and have done many trades on the platform but just out of the blue closed my account. It's unfair that ai ran system is making the decisions on random accounts to close!

Hi everyone,
About 8 months ago, in early December 2025, I mistakenly sent around 500 euros worth of Bitcoin to a Kraken hot wallet instead of my own personal wallet. The mistake happened because I confused the deposit address suggested by Trade Republic with my own wallet address while making the transfer.
Since then I've been following up periodically with Kraken support. The answer is always the same:
"We don't have a more specific update at this time, we will provide more information via email as soon as it's available."
No timelines, no details, and when I reply directly to the follow-up email, I get no response.
The frustrating part is that I've been able to verify on the blockchain that the wallet I sent the funds to stopped making outgoing transfers in December, and it currently holds an exact balance of the BTC I sent. So the funds seem to be identified, but I still haven't gotten a real answer on when this will be resolved.
Has anyone been through something similar with Kraken? How long did it take to get funds back in cases of misdirected deposits?

I opened a Krak-Everyday-Account to participate in Salary Match.
On Thursday, Aug 13, my employer sent my salary to the provided Banking Circle IBAN (Germany). Now on Monday, Aug 18, I still cannot access my salary, it doesn‘t show up in the transactions at all.
The chatbot explained, that I cannot receive any money from accounts that are not in my name. How is that supposed to work, if you also want people to receive their salary on Krak?
Is this true?
Can a mod please check for the transaction? Can provide details, if necessary.

I made my first transaction on August 2nd and the transfer was flagged as needing investigation and put on hold. The support page claims that this would be done within 5 business days, but after 5 days passed I was informed that my transaction was flagged due to suspicious activity and would be held for 90 days, with no transactions or withdrawal allowed during this time.
My brother was helping me to make the transaction and he suggested that the app could tell I was screen-sharing while using the app, resulting in the aforementioned 'suspicious activity' flag.
This is quite scary for me as a new trader with no direct experience in buying crypto. There is no guarantee I'll ever get my money back, and even if I do, the market adjustments since August 2nd mean that I've lost money while it's been held in limbo.
Please reach out and tell me how to just get my money back? This has been a really crappy into the world of crypto.
I opened a Kraken account and first made a small €10 deposit from my personal bank account to verify that everything worked correctly. All went quick (seconds) and well (amount credited).
Afterwards, I sent €7,990 via SEPA from the same personal bank account. Shortly after, my Kraken account was temporarily restricted due to a security review. The chatbot acknowledges that the deposit is on hold but the amount has not yet been credited to my account.
Days are passing and my account and funds are still restricted.
What concerns me most is that Kraken has not requested any documents or additional information from me. I am fully willing to provide proof of source of funds, bank statements, proof of account ownership or anything else required.
Support has already escalated the case, but I have received no substantive update.
I completely understand that exchanges have AML, fraud prevention and security obligations. What I don’t understand is how funds can remain inaccessible for this long without Kraken requesting any information from me or providing a meaningful timeline.
Could someone from Kraken Support please look into this and make sure the case has actually reached the appropriate review team?
My withdrawal has been held for the past couple of weeks. On July 29th, I initiated a withdrawal of $5020 on my account and I was expecting it to be processed within two days.
I waited until August 5, 2026 when I chatted with bot via my Kraken account, bot notified me that my account has placed on hold and restricted for internal review, which was obviously causing withdrawal delay. Then, I mentioned in bot chat that I would like to be connected with live agent and got a feed back that I couldn’t be connected but a ticket was created for me.
On August 6, I received two emails from Kraken: one stated that a withdrawal was initiated on my account and I should report if I didn’t initiate the transaction. The second email was about the closure of my account. Kraken close (deleted my account) without completing my withdrawal process.
On August 9, I contacted Kraken about the issue but they never responded.
It’s been about 20days since the first time I initiated the withdrawal and have never received my fund since July 29, 2026. And the worst part is that my account has been closed for a reason I’m not aware of.
Kraken support, please I need you to attend to my case.
My account was closed about a month ago with no reason given. I still have a balance in the Krak app and requested a withdrawal to the same bank account I originally deposited from. It's been "In Progress" for over two weeks.
I've replied to the closure email multiple times with no answer, and the support chat won't connect me to a human.
Has anyone gotten a withdrawal released after closure? What's the correct escalation path?
Wondering why a $15 Dot test deposit is still pending after 17 hours. Been using kraken for years never had this happen before.
After being deactivated for 180 days (04-11-2025 until 04-05-2026), they gave me another 90 days. In the first week of August 2026 I asked them again to open my account, but again they give me another 90 days, total 360 days. When will this childish game stop? They keep on saying time after time they protect me against potential financial loss this is incorrect and untrue. Therefore, I would like Kraken know that I appreciate receiving my money €7.537,- wallet 1 & 2 in my ABN AMRO bank account and then delete my account, problem solved no financial loss anymore.
What do you guys think?

I reset my phone and when I try to sign back in on ny kraken pro account after I put username/email and password it asks for key, but I do not posses any keys since my phone got reset. I cannot find any customer support where I can get help because it is automated now so when I say what my problem is they say go to krakenpro sign and click "restore account" and then I get an email which when I open it says "something went wrong" .
What should I do?
