I have been waiting for over a week to get my account unlocked. I have reached out multiple times with 0 response. Does Kraken Support make it a habit to take people's information and just say that you for the info and then ghost you. This is ridiculous, and very unprofessional. Especially with a company with Krakens reputation. I need someone to reach out to me today. I can't even live chat someone because you have to log in.

My Kraken account recently was hacked and my account is closed and I had over $3500 in there!! I have tried the support tickets online and I get an email that asks me to do things but then after I follow the instructions there is no follow up. I still cannot get into my account and where is my $3500 investment. Does anyone know what to do or how to get help? Their customer support seems awful and I am stressing out.

URGENT: Kraken Is Holding My €8,000

I deposited €8,000 (€4,000 + €4,000) from my verified bank account and later converted it to USDT. When I tried to withdraw, my account was restricted.

Kraken instructed me to convert the funds back to EUR and withdraw only to the same bank account used for the deposits. I followed these instructions exactly, but each withdrawal was held for review and then failed because Kraken claims I am using a different bank account.

This is not true. I am using the exact same account.

If Kraken believes the account is different, please compare the IBAN used for my deposits with the IBAN I am using now and clearly explain where the difference is. If there is no difference, please manually refund the full €8,000 to the original deposit account. I fully authorize Kraken to process the refund manually.

Kraken told me to communicate only by email, but support is barely responding. It has been 8 days, and I urgently need access to my money. I was also told I have only 10 days to complete the withdrawal.

Please escalate and resolve this case as soon as possible.

Dear Kraken support, unfortunately, I am still waiting that the temporary funding restrictions are lifted from my account.

There was a misunderstanding of the report about a fraud case I asked the live agent 2 days ago. All I wanted was clarification from a fake mail I received. My account was not compromised at all and I didn't lose anything nor did any third party get access to it. I have already stated that in a filled out report the support requested me to fill out.

They told me by mail that I should confirm that and after that, my restrictions are lifted again. Now, they are still there.

It's extremely urgent for me so I hope you can help with that.

Cracking to restrict my account with no reason I send them e-mail and they respond me with stuff that I'm not sure what they want from me I tried to chat with the support and they let me speak only with AI this is so frustrating and I need my money fast and I don't have access what do I do?

Bei der Überweisung von meinem Geldmittel habe ich eine Mail mit der Meldung über die 24-Stunden-Prüfung bekommen. Es war am Freitag, den 15. Mai. Es sind 3 Tage vorbei. Mein Geld ist aber "ausstehend". Was muss ich denn machen? Was ist denn passiert? Warum kann ich mein eigenes Geld nicht greifen?

Problem solved [I need urgent help reaching Kraken's security team. My account is being actively drained right now.

What happened:

I received an email from Kraken support saying my ID for account verification was expired and I needed to submit a new one. The ticket was real — I verified it myself on Kraken's support portal. Everything looked completely legitimate.

After I submitted my ID, a support agent called "Maeve" asked me to disable my Global Settings Lock (GSL) so they could update my name on the account to match my ID. They explained that the GSL blocks Kraken support from making profile changes, which is actually true according to Kraken's own documentation.

I asked them to clarify before doing anything. They gave a detailed, believable explanation — that my middle name was entered as my surname and needed correcting for KYC to complete. This is also a plausible real issue.

So I disabled the GSL because everything checked out.

The moment I disabled it, I received emails saying my Solana, TRON, Polkadot, Polygon and Cardano were being unbonded. When I panicked and asked what was happening, the agent "Bernard" said it was normal and part of the verification process. That's when I knew it was a .

What I've done so far:

• Submitted an emergency compromised account report via Kraken's official form
• Re-enabled GSL (but cannot change password or 2FA because GSL blocks that too)
• Got locked out when i reset password from too many login attempts]

I have now successfully received my refund.

I want to thank the Kraken support team for their patience and responses during this process. I was very anxious because it was a significant amount of money for me and my account had already been closed, so I became worried after several days without updates.

In the end, the refund did arrive as explained by the support team.

I also appreciate the Reddit moderators/support staff for continuing to respond to my messages even when I was repeatedly asking about the same issue.

I'm in the part where I have to add a statement with my address but the system is rejecting it (Pension statement).

I have been using kraken for years. Recently I got prompted to re-verify my account. I uploaded 3 bank statements from 3 different accounts but I am getting following error. I opened a support ticket but no answer yet the fact that I have to come here for help is not very reassuring.

You are refusing to refund my family member's money. My family member transferred USDC to me, but you refused.
