My account has been suspended for well over three months (close to five months now). I have contacted Kraken support several times with several ticket numbers and to date I have not received a single response. I have lost complete faith in this platform and the worst is I am unable to move my BTC to another platform.
every month I run into the issue where unlocking the phone with my fingerprint produces a lag and I have to wait a few seconds. It is now compounded with smartlauncher populating a pop screen for the settings window. I have read and followed the instructions online suggesting deleting and re adding finger prints to my device; Utilizing press power button to unlock. If this would be an issue which occurs once every few months i could force my self to keep calm. However this is becoming a monthly process. I cannot believe I am the only one experiencing this issue. I would be most grateful for and further suggestions, tips or recommendations.
Using Xperia's launcher would be an alternative I suppose but at the same time it is not as ergonomic as smartlauncher.
