I asked a girl out, got rejected, feel like shooting my shot again

To keep things simple, I asked a girl out about a year or so ago, got rejected and I was like ok fair enough I guess I'll just move on. Fast forward, her family keeps throwing me hints implying that I should keep trying and insist because well, I'm friends with someone from her family and through various circumstances I ended up getting to know everyone. Parents, grandparents, siblings, you name it. I like her but at the same time I don't want to be that creep that keeps on dragging the metaphorical cat tail and harasses her because that goes against my moral compass. Makes sense? Now the thing is, we got a wedding coming up, and she will be there, I will pick her up, (but at the same time I will pick up a few other people as well, so I don't know if that's relevant) and I'm thinking I might shoot my shot again? What do you guys think?
